- ABAmy Bumgarner1 day ago1.0I understand that there are times when staffing might be shorthanded, but if that's the cause of why it takes 20 minutes to get a happy meal in the drive-thru, then you should at least apologize for the long wait and show some decent customer service. Instead, I received snide, sarcastic comments from the staff that I could easily hear through the window. I was not mean or rude. I just simply asked if they were short-staffed so I could understand why it took an average of 5 minutes for every customer in front of me to get their food. And on top of the wait, I was presented with the wrong food when I finally did get to the window. This McDonalds location on Arcola, IL has a bad reputation of long wait times and incorrect food. With my experience today, it was very clear that the management does not care about their reputation or the way their staff treats their customers. Stressed or not, there is a way to act in front of customers. This was not a good example. Do better.

Was told by an employee it hasn’t been fixed because it’s $800. You’d think that a fast food place would get that fixed immediately. They never have pies cooked unless you want apple. About half my orders are missing food.
