  I have ordered from the Antioch, Illinois location a few time and every time the order is not done correctly. I t is always missing something and things added that I do not want on the sandwich. I do not believe this is a communication issue but there employees cannot follow simple instructions. This last sandwich I had my daughter pick for me was a turkey club light mayo light lettuce no tomato. When I got my sandwich it had very little turkey no bacon and had tomatoes on it. The bread did not taste or look like it was fully cooked. This is beyond ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location I will just go next door to Jersey Mikes I have never been there but I am sure they can make a simple sandwich .

  We have gotten a #9 for years, always good, consistent quality. Today it was just bad. Lettuce wasn't fresh, WAY too much mayo, sandwich was poorly constructed. Honestly, it was a real disappointment.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered delivery at 11:07AM, it currently is 12:13PM I still have no food. I called at 11:45AM to get an update and they said the driver just left, and that it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later still no order. I LIVE 1.3 MILES AWAY (5 minutes) DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

  I called to see if they serviced my area and they left me in hold for over 20 mins. I stayed on phone to see if they’d come back on, but had to hang up. We took our business to Jersey Mikes!

  We stopped in and our sandwiches were ready very quickly and they're delicious. Staff was extremely kind. Especially Kelly, she took a moment to chat with us and gifted the kids a cookie. Thank you!
