  Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill since the remodeling and staff changes. The customer service has become very poor. The staff is rude and unwelcoming, with no basic greetings and no effort to be polite or helpful. When there’s an issue with an order, it feels like an inconvenience to them rather than something they’re willing to fix. I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin, but lately the experience has been consistently frustrating. I truly hope management takes steps to improve training and customer service, because the current atmosphere is not pleasant

  Out of what I ordered on the app, and then the replacement drink I wanted had vanilla which they were put of too

  Visited this Dunkin’ twice in the last month and both times were frustrating. The first time, they were completely out of donuts by noon and the staff was unhelpful. It just seems a little odd to be out of donuts by that time???? The second time, I waited over 20 minutes for my online drink while a rude Mexican lady openly talked negatively about me in Spanish. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service.

  *sigh* I hate leaving bad reviews, I would rather assume it's an 'off' day for people... But when the employees are talking smack about me in Spanish right in front of me.. you've lost all my respect. I guess she assumed I didn't speak Spanish, but I couldn't mistake what I heard, and the look in her face when I called her out in Spanish.. you can imagine. Additionally, there's been plenty of times ordering here where it takes forever and there's missing items, etc. There's a few other excellent local coffee shops and I will make a point to use those from now on. Be nice.
