  For the last 6-7 times I put NO garlic crust, and they add it. To the point where I have to make it a point to call after I place my order to verify that they DO NOT add garlic on the crust. Because then I have to wait double the amount of time for them to remake it, so it's always been an inconvenience. Once I waited for them to remake it without the garlic crust, then they put pepperoni instead of pineapple and had to wait for it to be remade a third time 😑 Now lately the pizzas aren't being cut correctly. This isn't fancy food. People usually get it after a long day where they don't want to deal with dinner or too tired too cook. When it's correctly done I do enjoy the taste of the food. Just read the ticket twice to make sure the order is correct, that's all. Save the headache for the customer, the employee needing to remake product and the company losing product.

  Terrible customer service over the phone always late and behind with orders no matter what night of the week or weekend need to hire reliable staff

  When I called and asked if I could pick up my order instead of having it delivered because quality check was taking about an hour, the guy on the phone instantly gave me all this attitude when I asked for a refund for the delivery tip if I came and picked it up. He just didn’t want to give me a refund on delivery fee, because he said “it took him time to do so.” When I got there he was just silent on the computer for about 5 minutes then said “I refunded you” which I appreciate, but no need to give me an attitude when I asked a simple question. Maybe quit your job if it makes you that unhappy 😂

  Bad customer service order pizza for delivery $7 charge waiting for the pizza 1hour 45 minutes I went to the store to pick up the pizza but the driver was already on his way to deliver it the pizza the guy in the from desk was nasty talking cause they don’t want to heard the bad service they give to customers when I got the pizza the pizza was cold like ice 🧊 cube I was trying to go reach the store before driving there but they never answer the phone call they get mad if you open your mouth when you come with complain about the bad was service I will never buy pizza there anymore I order sausage pizza but I was looking for the sausage cause maybe was like 10 pieces in the whole pizza I order another one with sausage and mushrooms the same thing you need to look the ingredients with glasses bad bd service terrible pizza
