To the point where I have to make it a point to call after I place my order to verify that they DO NOT add garlic on the crust. Because then I have to wait double the amount of time for them to remake it, so it's always been an inconvenience. Once I waited for them to remake it without the garlic crust, then they put pepperoni instead of pineapple and had to wait for it to be remade a third time 😑 Now lately the pizzas aren't being cut correctly. This isn't fancy food. People usually get it after a long day where they don't want to deal with dinner or too tired too cook. When it's correctly done I do enjoy the taste of the food. Just read the ticket twice to make sure the order is correct, that's all. Save the headache for the customer, the employee needing to remake product and the company losing product.
