  JUST GO ELSEWHERE HAIR! Yes hair. Hair in food. Cooked into the food! When calmly brought to staff attention was told simply to throw it out, then staff walked away. That’s it ,that’s all. No offer to remake (not that I would’ve taken the offer) No offer to refund. Nothing….. just nothing….. a couple days now and no positive support from BK support after requesting to speak with the owner and give him a chance to correct things. No response from corporate or the “president’s line.” and now I’m reading below that one of the staff doesn’t even cover their Band-Aids on their hands while they cook? I think they need the Health Dept to step in because they don’t seem to care to correct these things themselves. I eat here regularly and the quality is hit and miss but it’s never been downright GROSS and the one issue I had in the past was handled quickly and properly. It’s really too bad they can’t clone the one woman who actually seems to care how things run there so they could let the ones who don’t care go.

  Ordered online through the app… went to pick up thru drive thru window.. told me to hold waited a good 5 minutes before i said anything.. was told they were packed inside and needed 5 minutes.. I told the person I’m just picking up.. rudely told me to pull to window 2… there was no one inside and wasn’t packed.. rudely says here’s your food and throws it to me..

  The floors were sticky everywhere. The food was cold and sub standard for BK I tried the new Bourbon Bacon Burger. Awesome concept poor execution.

  Ordered my food in side and the person making food in back had 2 bandages on hands and no gloves while preparing my sandwiches

  The food was great as always. We went through the drive thru. The lady taking our order, Stephanie, through the speaker was very rude. It was just very snarky comments on how we said things and there was zero friendliness. We got to the first window to pay and even there she wasn’t nice what so ever. Second window guy was absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Overall, do not go here if Stephanie is working. She will ruin your mood instantly.
