  Denied my FOUR year old to use the restroom because I was ordering on the app instead of at the kiosk. Cancelled my $40 order so fast. How are you going to deny a CHILD to use the restroom?! Changed my order to a different location instead. Will never use this location again.

  I visited the Taco Bell near the Alton Bridge on April 17 at approximately 10:45 a.m. to order a Breakfast Crunchwrap. Breakfast is advertised as being served until 11:00 a.m., so I arrived well within the stated time. I was initially told that breakfast service had already ended. When I checked the clock, it was 10:46 a.m. After I pointed this out, the explanation changed—I was then told they were out of eggs. If a location is unable or unwilling to serve breakfast items during its advertised hours, it reflects poor preparation and management. As a business owner, I find this unacceptable. Experiences like this erode customer trust and drive people to take their business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and will choose a different Taco Bell in the future.

  UGHHHH! I knew I shouldn’t have went here. 3 Doritos Nacho taco supreme’s = $12.45. Shells were stale, filling was done so sloppy it was spilling out of the tacos. Maybe bc they couldn’t even wrap them properly. I understand this is “fast food” and therefore the quality shouldn’t be expected to be top notch but when the meal cost more than a full chimichanga meal with rice & beans at a sit down restaurant (with free chips & salsa!) then put a little more effort into the making of our 30 min lunch fast food meals. Pamela Fish, if you are still the GM, check on this store of yours. It’s trash.

  Genuinely, DO NOT EAT HERE!! They’re more often than not out of beans, rice and common menu items!! ALSO their service is AWFUL. NO JOKE. Just go to the one closer to the mall/Car dealers if you want some.

  Parking lot trashed no where to put trash so parking lot trashed . Very robotic like atmosphere not any one sitting inside or ordering inside no public restrooms they were locked and the staff wasnt overly enthused about anyone or anything no one greated us or anything not even a honor what would u like
