    Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Horrible experience in the drive through and inside the store when they wouldn't help me in the drive through even though it was working. Employees were EXTREMELY rude to me and the food was awful as well.

    Will edit once I'm no longer annoyed by this. I come here all the time, to the point the guy who works evenings knows my order. "Can I get a double stack biggie deal wi-" "Girl, pull up" Always have nice chats at the window with him and a few of the other night staff regulars. Love them, amazing customer service. Today at lunch, lady takes my order. "Can I double stack biggie-" "ok, what else?" "...the bag. Wit-" "Is diet coke ok" ???????? "Uhh...Dr. Pepper" *She put's Diet Dr. Pepper* "No, normal Dr. Pepper" "ok, what sauce?" "Barbeque. And can you make the meal large?" *Only changes the drink* "The fries are still showing as Junior?" "Yeah, i got it, what else for you?" *Fries still haven't been fixed* "Medium chocolate frosty" "Ok, total at the window." *The screen is still wrong and doesn't show my frosty.* I pull up to the window, am greeted by someone I haven't seen before, a black chick with long red braids (Which, from my own experience working in fast food for 5 years (with hip length hair) is a health code violation to not have tied back/up). "Your total is $10.46" "No, it's $11.04. You've got something wrong" (Again, I get the SAME thing every time, so she's missing something) She glances to the screen, nods and says again "It's $10.46" "No, it's -not-. I get the same thing every time, it is $11.04. Double stack biggie bag, ketchup only, large fry and large Dr. Pepper." Seconds later: "It's $11.04" *Checks receipt, it's finally right* ["Why would you fight to pay more?": Because then my order will be wrong. My order is $11.04 every time so if it's not that, you've got something WRONG with it. I would prefer not to be missing items I wanted or stuff be made wrong... though even getting her to correct the order didn't help apparently] Get my food, go to check it, missing the nuggets. Got the drink and fries right, but had to walk into the store to get the rest of my order. FIRE. HER. The constant interrupting when I'm trying to place an order. Let the customer *finish* their sentences. Not fixing the order while I'm there to be able to see it and catch the mistakes before I get to the window, and the fighting with a regular when they tell you the exact amount it's *supposed* to be (Maybe they know that specific number because they get it all the time???). Just fire her, or at least remove her from drive thru until she's gotten trained. Note to self, only the evening shift is competent apparently. [No, it wasn't busy. I pulled straight up to the speaker, when I came around the corner, one car was driving off and only had one other in front of me. So no, not busy]

    Got food poisoning from their Cobb salad last night I asked for extra chicken which I did get but I don’t think it was all the way done or at the right temp tried calling this morning no answer per usual. Would’ve called last night but this happened around 11:30pm
