I was trying to explain to the girl how I wanted the wrap and the manager took over and was very rude. The customer in front of me was insulting me and laughing and she threatened to punch me and the manger did nothing to stop it. The manager told me it was my fault. The manager didn't apologize. It was a very unpleasant experience. The manger has been hateful every time I have visited this store.
