I went there the other day and placed my order...Autumn Squash soup as part of a you pick two and I had earned free sandwich so I ordered the Beef dipper for the first time. I had 1/2 of the sandwich and saved my Cobb salad to eat the next day which i often do and when i opened the dressing it was not Green Goddess; I did not know what kind of dressing it was so I called there to tell them about my experience. At first the manager told me that it was Green Goddess though since i have gotten that salad for years beginning at a Panera in Wildwood, I know what Green goddess dressing looks like. i told them and described what i had received... well, I ended up not eating the salad and believe that was very poor customer service...I paid good money for my order and they labeled it with their green double-checked your order label and yet it was not correct. I did not receive what I paid for and I just think it would have made better business sense to give me a coupon for something of the same value.
