The other customers wouldn't pull up to the window behind us, so we pulled around to help clear up the drive thru we had our trailer attached. It was over 15 minutes to wait for 4 value meals. Our fries were half filled and cold, the burgers were not put together very well, not up to regular Wendy's Standards in my opinion.

The sandwich did not come with ketchup. Although the wrap was covered with ketchup. The sandwich looked as if was returned prior. This is the 2nd attempt at ordering from location. I must say, it will be the last. The service at night is beyond unacceptable. Management should try to review it first hand as a customer. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!
