  January 2, 2026, I ordered 2 veggie footlongs through the Subway app. When I went in to pick it up, I asked for 2 sides of Chipotle sauce. The lady told me they could only give me one for free and would have to charge me for the second. There was a man and lady working there and the man was standing next to the lady. I told them, I ordered 2 sandwiches and neither have any sauce on them so I'd like one side sauce for each of my sandwiches. The lady again told me she could only give me one sauce for free and would have to charge me for the second. I grabbed my sandwiches and said aloud, I should just cancel my order and walked out. 20 years ago, I worked for multiple different Subway locations in Chicago over the course of 3 years. The Subway location near Midway used to sell me the bag of Chipotle sauce prior to the bottles selling in stores. The Subway near my home in Romeoville knows to ask if I have a bottle at home or do I need a few sides. I'm the highest ranking on the Subway rewards. This issue is Alsip location based. There was zero reason besides greed to not give me 2 sides of sauce when neither of my sandwiches had any on them. I never write Google reviews but I couldn't help but wonder if their greed affects other customers. I will never order from this location ever again and will take the extra time to go out of my way to another location if I ever crave Subway while in Alsip.

  This location is selling the cheapest grocery store turkey lunch meat. It is not the traditional turkey meat that Subway advertises! The lunch meat was so white that I knew it had to be brought from a local grocery store and it had an aftertaste with a horrible smell… a lot of these franchises don’t care what they sell it’s kind of scary! PURCHASE THE PRODUCT THAT IS ADVERTISED BY THE COMPANY!!! Stop trying to SAVE a dollar!!!!!!
