  It’s Jimmy John’s, so the food is as good as it gets, but the experience overall was not good. Just overall very slow taking orders, when I finally got to the front, it seemed like the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. Not only that, but I asked for no tomato and no onion which he acknowledged, but there was tomato and onion on the sandwich. Just asking that someone helps train these people.

  Going through the drive thru because it was Late we had the kindest man! Tired and hungry we took forever to decide and on top of the dumbest questions he responded with kindness and was so helpful.

  My sandwich had 1 piece oh ham cut in half to make it seem like more. Ridiculous. Paying $10 for one slice of ham. I wish I could attach the photo but it doesn’t give me the option.

  I used to love the Vito sandwich from JJ, however, my husband just surprised me with one and it was not good at all. The sandwich is smaller with less meat, felt like I bit into a bread sandwich. And my husband got a Gargantuan, it’s the size of a regular sandwich. And both sandwiches were tasteless, how can a sandwich with all Italian meats be tasteless? Not cool JJ, not cool. That’s the last $22.58 you’ll receive from us
