I came in to purchase a birthday ice cream cake and the order lady with short hair is completely rude and disrespectful. She was bothered when I asked what flavor the unlabeled cakes were and when I asked if she could write on them she said no. I have been buying Dairy Queen ice cream cakes for years and they will always write happy birthday on them. I will never return to this location.

But the elderly lady at the counter is always angry and rude. She kinda ruined the fun experience of rewarding my kids with a sweet treat.
