I ordered a shake and the guy didn't even tell me how much it was. I pulled up to the window and looked in and and saw NOBODY, not a single staff member inside. I waited literally about 6-7 minutes, nobody, nothing. The guy didn't even come get my money. 10 minutes, still nothing, nobody. I looked to the right and saw about 5 cars had gone through the white castle drive thru while I was waiting like a scmuck, so I pulled out and drove there.

She responds in an irritated tone: pull around. Get to the window, the cashier didn't get my order right, I said excuse me politely and she ignores me until the 4th excuse me. Still doesn't get my order right. Really rude employees, I'm from Texas and I'm accustomed to friendly curteous service so I was a bit taken aback by the behavior Of the employees here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
