Today, my mother went to buy fruit (specifically strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries) which were on promotion and clearly advertised in large print. Even so, the assistant manager refused to honor the promotion. She removed the strawberries and raspberries from my mother’s purchase and said she would not give her anything unless she showed a coupon. My mother explained that she had already entered her phone number, but the assistant manager, in a very rude manner, charged her $5.99 for the blackberries and began speaking in English with another customer while mocking my mother. I come to this store regularly, and this is the first time I have had such a HORRIBLE experience.
