The AI ordering is horrendous. Took us almost 10 minutes to order 2 dave’s combos because the clanker couldn’t understand how to change a combo size from medium to large. Don’t waste your time, just go in or order on the app. AI is ruining companies.

The young gentleman who ran the register today at about noon (at the Algonquin Rd location in the Schaumburg/Rolling Meadows/Arlington Heights area) was fantastic.
