- MGMeghan GrilloJan 4, 20261.0I’ve been to this location before with no issues but recently the service and food has gone very down hill. I went there with my boyfriend and our 5 year old. We got him the kids chicken tenders, when they arrived at the table I started breaking them apart to cool them down faster, in doing that I discovered the tenders were still COMPLETELY RAW. I calmly brought it to our servers attention to which he goes “oh” and takes the tenders back to the kitchen doesn’t come check on us after that so I waved down a hostess and told her the situation and asked for an update and maybe some fries for him to munch on while we’re waiting. Server comes back with new tenders, never once did I get an apology for almost poisoning my child. And they had the gull to charge me for them still. Couldn’t even comp an 8 dollar meal to own up to their mistake. Once again not a single apology not from my server, not from the hostess and god forbid a manager came by. I’m not one to complain in public or I would have pulled the manager over. Instead I’ll just never come back to their establishment and I’ll tell anyone who will listen they almost poisoned my son
