One time we actually went to the customer service desk to share our experience at one of the counters because it was truly that bad and the person working said "what do you want? A dollar off?" No, I really would just like your team to work on their customer service. We've had a bad experience almost everytime we've gone there over the last several months, just a real shame, but fortunately there are plenty of other options in the area.
