One time we actually went to the customer service desk to share our experience at one of the counters because it was truly that bad and the person working said "what do you want? A dollar off?" No, I really would just like your team to work on their customer service. We've had a bad experience almost everytime we've gone there over the last several months, just a real shame, but fortunately there are plenty of other options in the area.

She has no idea how to do her job correctly OR PROFESSIONALLY and was yelling at an employee based off her performance, which i did have a talk with the employee after to make sure she was ok. she rudely told this employee she wasn’t doing her job fast enough, keep in mind she’s old herself and slow, she told this employee she wasn’t doing good enough for the fast pace environment, keep in mind this employee told me she was new and was JUST understanding how to do everything, I understand to a certain extent that the employee might need to do things differently in the long run with how fast she does things but this is ridiculous, laura needs to be handled and controlled before this goes way farther then it needs too. The union and HR will have an open case on this and i hope the rep stops by for a little chat!! Please get your employee under control.
