- BOBese OnerSep 20, 20252.0This particular location continues to be a disappointment. I don’t want to give really few stars because I love Jewel but after today it’s time I left a review. At this location there is always issues with the coolers, barely ever any ice cream available due to the faulty coolers so they’re always emptied out. They always have signs up that should’ve been changed out once a sale is done but they don’t change them out- especially in the end caps. The morning staff is pleasant but in the evening the workers all seem to not want to be there. I’ve also had a lot of issues with buying items and realizing that they’re expired when I get home. The deli counter always has a huge line because some of the employees really like to chat even thought there are 10 people waiting, something needs to be done so it runs more efficiently. And today when we were there my husband took my son to the men’s bathroom and they came running out because the toilets were overflowing and someone thought that it was a good idea to draw on the bathroom walls with their 💩. When I go to the Huntley Jewel it truly feels like a different world, I think I’ll be sticking to that location versus this one. There definitely needs to be updates through out the store and well as further training.
