- MMMary6 days ago1.0I have been a Jewel customer for many years, (I do shop at other stores as well.) I went to the store the week before Christmas to order a Prime Rib. First, the butcher really did not want to take my order as he said they had a lot left from Thanksgiving. He reluctantly took my order. I went the day before Christmas Eve to pick it up and they handed me a $127.00 piece of meat. One of the guys found me one that was the correct size. Christmas day I go to prepare it and it seemed ok. Check out my photos. I could not even slice it and we had to eat in in chunks. I have made these many times. They told me I should have come in right away, they were closed Christmas day. Not going back there again.

I did bring this up to one of the staff members laughed and said who’s gonna be the lucky one to clean. There’s urine all over the floor. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been the same all the time but today was the worst. There shouldn’t be no reason for that. It should be clean early in the morning and afternoon. With bleach

We were in the area so we decided to do our grocery shopping here and we were able to find everything we needed very easily and we were in and out within 30ish minutes. The staff were very respectful and kind and I really enjoyed my experience here! (Written 12-17-25)

Occasional issues with stocking/delivery where they won’t have some items because ‘it wasn’t on the truck’ while the Jewel on the west side does have it. Also not as diverse a product mix as the west side Jewel. Pharmacy staff is phenomenal!!!!!
