  LOL is this place a joke. Never have I ever met a Dunkin DONUTS that states they "don't carry" every doughnut mentioned. 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice.. Finally I asked what they DO CARRY, just basics? "Yep" ..So instead of getting my entire team fun flavors we love, I left with a couple basic, boring, disappointing vanilla & chocolates. What is this place?? Reading reviews, I feel much more validated. Employees are rude, snarky, & lazy. Whoever doesn't properly order stock is also very negligent and lazy. Go elsewhere :)

  terrible service. man at the drive thru would not allow me any sandwich modifications and the bagel they served was hard and stale. would not come here again.

  Avoid this spot bro. I've ordered outta here for my coworkers and I of doordash and this place never fails to disappoint me in ways I never expected. Not the delivery dudes fault because the wrong order was sealed in a bag with my order tagged onto it. Or how my bagel with cream cheese had a plastic knife wrapper in it that I only noticed mid-bite, halfway through lunch. This place might be my 13th reason. Don't work high kids.

  I’ve lived in the area for over 8 years, and after a recent visit—on top of ongoing issues—I finally felt the need to leave a review. This location has frequently been “sold out” of donuts over the years, but this week was the worst experience yet. I was given donuts that were extremely hard and tasted old. When I asked about it at the drive-thru, the employee replied, “Well, yes, they’ve been sitting out for a long time,” and then walked away. When she returned, I requested a refund for the stale donuts. Instead of helping, she turned away and called another employee, who was just as rude. The food quality at this location is consistently poor—something I’ve never experienced at other Dunkin’ locations—and the customer service desperately needs improvement. The wait times can also be unreasonably long. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin’ in West Dundee off 25 instead. The service and quality there are always excellent.

  There are 2 local dunkin donuts to me. I rarely go to this one because the food and coffee is usually terrible. Bacon is flimsy and not cooked enough consistently which means they are not cooking it separately of the egg and wrap. Gross. Then the coffee. It's rare at this location that it doesn't taste like it's from the bottom of a pot that has been burnt and needs to be thrown out. I spend quite a bit of money for my food to taste this lousy like nobody cares or has anti integrity at this location. I drive further to go to the other dunkin just to avoid this awful experience. Get it together! Show that you care. Geez.
