It was extremely hot during the summer (no AC) and extremely cold during the winter right now (no heat). Going to have to tell my kids no next time.

Gave me the wrong order without any receipt. I went back to get the correct order and she refused to make it right by saying thats what u ordered. When asked for a refund, she took my card and said it's been refunded and said we don't give receipts and its for our records. This is a shady lady and I will report her to corporation!
