All the people in there waiting for their take-out orders to be ready had been waiting inside for over 1.5 hours. I don’t know who should be blamed. Maybe the manager for not gathering enough staff for a big night?

The place was a complete mess—half orders going out, dozens of boxes of food going cold scattered on the counter, tickets everywhere. DO NOT waste your time and do not order from here. I followed up with a manager who didn’t apologize, sounded like he didn’t care, and said he wasn’t there so he wouldn’t do anything beyond a refund. Unprofessional establishment with zero customer service.

Wow just wow, i finally got the promotion working, now some more training need's to happen at this location, to just turn customers away just like that over a $16 burger is ridiculous, to those of you having the same issue i had, let me help you and save you the headache and disappointment I felt you have to order your regular order choose the burger you want and go to checkout the discount will apply automatically, that's all the manager could've said and hopefully in the future they can be aware of this simple fix.

Jordan is very understanding when it comes to seating. Love this place will be a great spot for all year round sports.
