  Came for dinner on 11/21/25 and was promptly seated with Heather. Very professional, courteous, detail oriented and speedy service who truly knew her restaurants menu in and out. We often go out to eat and because we are a family of five, often times one of the five finds something they didn’t like but not this time - all thanks to Heather. Heather made recommendations, ensured our food was to our liking and also made sure to keep our drink glasses full. Heather’s service alone is what everyone should come to BFG in Algonquin for alone! We will be back!

  I ordered through Uber Eats and got the grilled chicken family bundle. I've been sick so I thought this was a great solution for a nice meal. I've ordered this bundle many times in the past and it was always very good. But today, the chicken was so tough that you could barely cut it let alone try eating it. I don't know if it had been over cooked or sat out too long or what but my family is hungry and with delivery and tip this meal was about $100. I've got four very hungry people and no dinner and it's late...and no refund for the bad meal. Now what?

  We had such a fantastic experience at the Bonefish Grill on Randall Road. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming—cozy lighting, clean dining areas. Heather, our server was outstanding: friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. She offered great suggestions, and every recommendation was spot-on. The food was the highlight. The Bang Bang Shrimp was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat, and our entrées were cooked exactly as ordered. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even the cocktails were refreshing and not overly sweet. Thank you for a great dining extend will be back!

  When I attended, Robert was an amazing server! He was efficient and very very kind. The food was just a plus. If BoneFish Grill ever opens a Hall of Fame, Robert deserves his own wing. From the moment he approached our table, it was like being greeted by the host of a five-star cooking show and the mayor of Hospitality Town. Robert didn’t just take our drink order—he delivered it with the confidence of a man who could moonlight as a magician. I half expected him to pull a mahi-mahi out of a hat. His timing? Impeccable. His recommendations? Legendary. His ability to refill a water glass without me even noticing? Frankly supernatural. If Bonefish Grill offered a loyalty program specifically for customers of Robert, I would already be Platinum Elite Ultra Supreme status. Some servers provide service. Robert provides an experience. Honestly, if this man told me the secret of eternal happiness was hidden in the Scallops & Shrimp, I’d believe him and order two. Robert is just that guy.

  Bonefish is my sort of secret go-to place to come alone for lunch, and my not-so-secret place any other time when I'm out with family or friends. I enjoy the atmosphere although sometimes the music is questionable. The food is always delicious, and the service is always friendly. My FAVORITE server of all time is Robert. He's kind and witty, and offers excellent recommendations. I actually can't remember a time that I've been there when he wasn't working, so I'm not sure that he is even allowed to leave. There have been times when he wasn't my server though which makes me sad because I can only wave at him from afar with tears streaming down my face.
