  I don’t want to be a Karen, but before this location opened I would always go to Huntley location with my daughter and it’s been great, even though always very busy but moving fast, lots of workers inside, here on the other hand place is understaffed and there are two workers inside while there is 40 cars outside waiting. That is just unacceptable I’m here for 25 minutes now and there are 8 cars in front of me. Never ever have I waited that long at Starbucks.

  This place brought drinks to my work when they first opened to try, been a regular ever since! Pink Mermaid is my life 🩷 Love all the fun promos they do like Jackpot day, I collect all the 7 brew swag! Even when they’re busy I feel like I’m never waiting too long, they keep the line moving. Everyone there seems happy and always dancing and smiling, great to see!

  Had a wonderful interaction with the team this weekend while picking up coffee for my girlfriends and I. The workers were so great with helping us choose what to order since it was our first time there! The music was also not too loud but loud enough you could tell the workers were having fun while keeping the line going. We’ll definitely be back for those delicious cookie butters! ☕️

  Went in this afternoon for a pick me up and wanted to try something new! Stephanie recommended the banana blondie for me since I told her I love the banana mocha! She was so kind and sweet. She had fantastic energy and positivity! Great experience and hope to see her again! Thank you Stephanie!!!

  I just stopped at the new location in Algonquin for seven Brew very disappointed and upsetting that they would hire very unpleasant people to work there I have always said if you don’t like your job quit instead of working and making customers unhappy not only will I never go back but hopefully other people do the same this way corporate realizes you need to make sure orders are correct they get upset when orders are not made correctly and you Address the situation there so they can correct it but instead they give you a bad attitude like it’s my fault and they have the audacity to say this isn’t Starbucks maybe I should have gone there instead at least they don’t have attitudes I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but if we continue to buy from places like this it’s acknowledging and accepting the rudeness, disrespectfulness And not correcting an issue That should be addressed from day one through management and training
