  Omg for the first time I’m writing a bad review for this location on Algonquin location. So this morning I went to get me a Hot coffee and they had an Ice coffee ready for me. I told the sorry but we asked for a Hot coffee. So they make one. I was driving when I sipped the coffee 😩😩😩😣 horrible it had a horrible taste. Like it was mixed with something else. Like minty or tea I don’t know but that is definitely not how coffee should taste. So on my way back home passed to let them know. They did changed it to “another coffee” and 😭😭😣😩 taste the same. I’m not going to argue about coffee. I just left. I don’t know if they are not cleaning their equipment properly or if they did this on purpose since they had my coffee wrong. Don’t know but I feel so disappointed at this place.

  LOL is this place a joke. Never have I ever met a Dunkin DONUTS that states they "don't carry" every doughnut mentioned. 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice.. Finally I asked what they DO CARRY, just basics? "Yep" ..So instead of getting my entire team fun flavors we love, I left with a couple basic, boring, disappointing vanilla & chocolates. What is this place?? Reading reviews, I feel much more validated. Employees are rude, snarky, & lazy. Whoever doesn't properly order stock is also very negligent and lazy. Go elsewhere :)
