  I ordered through the Dunkin’ app and needed to cancel my order. When I called the store, they said I have to go through the app instead of them. When I go through the app, I am unable to reach customer service.

  I have order online pick up multiple times here before work to pick up something really quick and always when I’m near my house so they have time to make my order and I can take off quickly. But 90% of the time they make me wait like 5 minutes anyways as if they just started my order when I got there, but I’d say thats a smaller issue. But today when I order at 5:40 well after their opening of 5 am on Saturday no one is there lights are off and I already paid for it. I only have about 5-10 minutes to wait or I will be late for work. So I had to leave and ask dunkin’ donuts for a refund because they didn’t want to open at 5 am today for some reason. There is no reason this should be happening, or at least change there hours in the app so I can’t spend my money when their not open.

  Great experience at this Dunkin! The coffee was fresh and exactly what I needed to start the day. The shop was clean, the service was fast, and the staff were very friendly. Stephanie especially stood out—she was welcoming, helpful, and clearly cares about giving customers a great experience. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work. I’ll definitely stop here again next time I’m in the area. ☕
