  The burgers are delicious, with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The staff is also very hospitable, making the overall dining experience even better

  Good food. Pricey but worth the quality. Bad bad bad customer service. Employees are upset that you’re there. They talk on the phone while talking to you and then the guy places the food as close as possible to his side of the countertop so I need to reach across the counter to grab my food. They simply do not care and have no communication skills.

  Go into the bathroom. The underside of the seat is so absolutely disgusting. I would describe it as every person is using a spackle knife and using the edge the seat to wipe it off. I judge a place on the restroom. If thats not spotless. The place doesn't prioritize a healthy environment. This is wont go back if you paid me situation. Unapologetically disgusted and appalled. Also you can not seen them cook your food. A good grill has open doors and you see the workers. Here, no. Dupage health dept is on lake st and needs to park itself there for a few days.

  Delicious food, but they have a drive thru for some reason and the 3 times we've gone we wait for 40 mins. It's honestly amazing and kind of hilarious how consistently horrendous this service is, and it's a shame that it kills a potentially really solid local food joint. We've been waiting in the drive thru for our order of 2 burgers and 2 small sides of fries for 40 minutes at this point and 2 people behind have driven off. We're the only customers We know this place takes a long time and we're still disappointed. I don't think we'll be back lol

  I hate to say it…but this place has gone completely downhill. I don’t know if it’s new ownership or new chef/recipe, but the food is just not what it used to be unfortunately. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here, the food has been so bland and tasteless. Ordered a spicy Philly cheesesteak and what I got was overcooked, rubbery, flavorless meat with sparse fajitas, almost no cheese and the signature spicy sauce nowhere to be found. Gone are the days of the super spicy, gooey, soft melt-in-your-mouth Philly cheesesteak they once had. I used to be a regular customer here but until they bring back the original recipe/taste, I won’t be back sadly. Other than that, nice staff and a nice clean, recently-remodeled seating area. To the ownership- Please take this feedback as constructive criticism to improve. Thank you.
