  They need to hire new staff thru drive thru. If you are having a bad day or don’t want to work, ask to be put somewhere else or go home. I used to love coming here but it’s been twice that there is a rude young lady with attitude, rushes you to order, and gets the order wrong and if you have a code she gets frustrated. Do better Fries are stale and very salty

  Went thru the drive thru and ordered once I got to the window and asked for the sauce and the girl with the dreads handing out the food had a really bad attitude and said they charge for sauce but mind you this is the same person along with alot other employees who have handed out sauce for no charge the past times I have been there and once I paid for it she said she doesn’t have any change to give! How can you operate when you have no change to give your customers?

  I recently went here with my girlfriend and upon placing our order we arrived at the drive thru where I gave them my mobile code and was told to pull up to the front to wait for my food. We spent 20 minutes waiting and never received our food, I went inside to ask them and they told me I never placed it at that location when I clearly had a notification telling me to go to “410 W North Ave” and she told me it was North Ave. I didn’t get a refund but instead was offered to be given the food, but when I got it she only gave me TWO thing from my order not to mention the women I was talking to had attitude towards me trying to understand why my order was “not placed at the right location” honestly this place needs to pay attention to the orders they are taking, but overall their speed and delivery is good i rarely have problems with this place usually just sauces missing but nothing too complain about aside this time.
