  Not sure about the other posters, but we come from lombard to this location even though Villa Park is closer. Staff is always friendly greeting with a smile. Food is always good. My family has wierd palettes, so its always custom items. 98% of the time they get it. I cant fault them because its always wierd modifications. I sure hope management acknowledges their staff.

  Skip this Taco Bell, this pace is bad. Dined there a bunch times because they are closest to my house. Finally just fed up with it. Food quality is poor! Items are made without the proper amount of fillings, sauces, meat etc. with no care at all. The grilled cheese burrito ALWAYS has completely burnt cheese, like so burnt it’s blackened cheese. Every single time! (You ever gonna fix that grill iron that’s clearly too hot ? Or train your employees to use it correctly? ) Again, no care about food quality at all. Once or twice, ok….but after many times that’s not a mistake, it’s a pattern. And the staff attitude ranges from “don’t care” to downright rude. For no reason at all. You smile and say hello and they mean mug ya. Especially the ladies at the drive thru. The only thing they do right is they are consistent, consistently bad. Take your business to one of the other nearest Taco Bell’s if you have a craving. This one is bad!
