  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great experience at the Jimmy John’s in Addison! Earl, the general manager, runs a fantastic store, and a big shoutout to Nadine & Earl for pulling together a last-minute catering order—they did an awesome job. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The food was fresh and delicious, and the store was clean and well-kept. Highly recommend this location!

  Rave: When ordering JJ for delivery, I was redirected to Uber. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the store for an update. Jade informed me that they didn't have a driver. Despite Uber's shortcomings, Jade was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It's refreshing to see such excellent customer service still exists!
