I noticed it after I got home and had to turn around and go back to the store to fix my bowl. Back in college, I worked at a chipotle and made sure to double check what the customer was requesting rather than rush through making orders, even if it was extremely busy. At least the person who remade my bowl was very nice and apologetic.

Obviously the management does not care about service or the bad reviews left since the beginning of the year on this location only or they would have stepped up and fix the problem. Cold food served due to keeping the correct temperature on the steamer and everyone is cleaning to go home 2 hours before closing. If something is out on the counter don’t bother asking if they have some more in the back, Sergio and Lucy won’t even make an effort to check.
