I ordered eight sandwiches today, and not a single one was made correctly — they were mangled and messy. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, ordering for my whole family several times a month, but I’m done wasting my time and money. I’ll gladly drive the extra 15 minutes each way to the Ontario location where they actually take pride in their work and treat customers with respect.
