  Ordered through uber. None of the drivers could find your location after 2 hours of waiting and almost canceling a driver foud it but the food sat there for im sure close to that long. Ordered grilled cheese that was a joke! Instead of making it over I guess letting in sit there forever is acceptable to this businesses standards. Probably why you only have 2 stars which to me is far to generous... doesn't look like you guys are making a very good first impression on your customers.... not to mention the portions are a flipping JOKE!!!

  Tried it twice this week. First time was the Mediterranean chicken salad stuffer, it was practically a hollow roll with nothing inside and no chicken. Second time was for my wife to try it. Mediterranean chicken salad, no chicken, but charged me for it. The only positive, the fruit cups are good.

  I am a Uber eats driver and I had an order today to pick up. The lobby was full, of course, but the fact that the address that you guys have on the Uber eats is not correct and it’s frustrating for the drivers to lose an order because the map shows the store is down the road past the hospital of Poleline. The address needs to be fixed. I am very upset that I lost a $38 order that I was supposed to pick up.

  Ordered on the app and got in the line at the drive through to pick it up. I got a notification it was ready, but I've been waiting on the drive through for 30 minutes and only two cars have order and pulled through. Not sure when I'm going to get my cold food at this point. I've watched several cars wait behind me and leave, and I would have too if I hadn't pre ordered and my son was asleep in the backseat. It's been 40 mins now and I still haven't reached the speaker box.

  Excited to have Panera closer than a two hour drive to Boise! And so disappointed with the first experience. After a 40 minute round-trip drive, back to my house in Kimberly, I opened the bag with my name on the receipt and found someone else's food inside. That's annoying. Hopefully the training improves.
