- RPR PMar 20, 20265.0Great McD’s experience. The MCD’s app glitched on my order and I waited a long time for an order that never came through. When I approached the on-site team about the missing item (again an APP issue) the manager (Lily) immediately made it right! Great job Twin Falls Pole Line team. Much appreciated. 👍 About the location: good access as you come into town. Lots of shared parking. Inside of restaurant and restrooms were clean and fresh. While eating in, the team was quick to remove trays, wipe tables and keep the dining area spotless.

Pulled up and sat for a few minutes, because I saw someone in line just ahead of me who got food, and then they ignored my car when I pulled up and shut the lights off at 10:55 because they apparently close at 11? Super poor customer service. Go to Culver’s, better food and employees.
