  I could care less to leave a review, but this is absolutely ridiculous. In what reality should I have to wait for another customer to get a refund when they paid for the incorrect order. I went to pay for a $5 order, pick up my food and leave. It should never take 35 minutes to do that. I felt so bad for everyone who had to wait behind me because the entire staff inside are unable to retake my order and get me onto the next window. I worked at McDonald's in my life and it is sad to see the state it has fallen into because the managers are incapable of training anybody properly apparently. If you are wanting your order made properly and to get it in a decent manner I would choose the McDonald's all the way on Kimberly RD. At least the managers over there can take over when things get bad.

  Took 13 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich and when I finally got it it was cold and the order was wrong. Not worth your time or money. Person wasn’t even worried it took that long or that I was cold. Wasn’t going to wait another 15 minutes for a new sandwich

  I stopped here on my way home from work to grab my husband some food and got it home to him and the large size fry I paid extra for was literally half a box!!! I can't believe you guys do this your gonna stop being able to get anyone to large size meals because why would we when we only geta small fry anyway! I'm so disappointed in this McDonald's today. EVERYONE CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE LEAVING DRIVE THROUGH! EVEN IF IT MESSES WITH DRIVE THROUGH TIMES!!!

  This water spot was in the dining area for over a half an hour, and it was not cleaned up or was there a wet floor sign, lobby was dirty, and an employee walked by the wet spot several times. The service dog that we took is a registered service dog to my girlfriend and our 7 year old granddaughter , the child attempted to take the dog to play and even though the dog is registered to the child the dog was turned away in the play area.
