  Our order was made incorrectly despite a clear request for no bacon on a chicken sandwich. When we calmly asked for the mistake to be corrected, the situation escalated unnecessarily and staff chose to call the police instead of resolving a simple order issue. This response was completely disproportionate and upsetting. Basic customer service and de-escalation could have handled this situation easily.

  I thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be fast. When the guy got here he sat out in his truck for 10 minutes before making his way up to my house. He was kind and friendly but the service was slow!

  Super disappointed. I've always loved Jimmy John's, but the employee on the phone was snobby, slow, and couldn't deliver a mile away. Neither could the other store in Twin Falls. It was the worst experience I've ever had with Jimmy John's. Don't waste your time calling these places, just order some pizza or something.
