I came in for dinner and Kathy took my order. Prompt, polite, professional and thoughtful! While I LOVE some chicken tenders or a frosty, I'm not one for pop. Kathy asked if I'd like a drink (standard upsell), but when I declined, she offered a water cup instead.
I know it might seem small, but I would have been a thirsty idiot if not for Kathy's thoughtfulness. She rules.

Zero issues with the food. Burgers were exactly what you expected. Fries were dark in color but good. Only issue was that they closed as they handed me my order. They never said anything about closing while I placed my order but asked us to leave when they handed it to me. I was shocked and argued back that we should have been warned before ordering and they just looked at me. In the end they were pissed but they let us eat our meal there if we hurried up. I understand wanting to close up and get out of work but this was wrong on their part. Crazy thing, while we ate not one employee can out to clean the lobby, not one.

The two Filipino ladies who work there have quite the attitude. They are snappy and gave us two wrong items when we ordered something else. When you politely correct them they start getting mad at YOU and sighing. Super unprofessional and this isn’t the first time this has happened.
