- MBM BarnesJan 2, 20261.0I visited this Taco Bell about a week ago after avoiding it for quite a while. It is easily the slowest Taco Bell in Idaho and the crappiest food. It's faster and almost as cheap to just get real Mexican food. Pictured is the halfhearted attempt to cut my quesadilla into slices, which is a great representation of the care that goes into everything there.

What a waste of money... paid extra for for more meat and cheese and got less than you typically would... 90% rice and so dry you gag trying to swallow. I've never been more disappointed than I am today. This is my first review in yyeeaarrrsss and its not a good one... you blew my mind today tacobell but not in a good way... also maybe the staff should stop showing they clearly hate their jobs through their attitude. Went and asked for my drink and the worker left in the middle of my sentence and then gave me the wrong size of drink. Workers were slow, careless, and not in a hurry. Every customer had to ask for their order again (30 minutes later). Super unprofessional and disappointing. Never going back.

Update…Didn’t get my food until I went up to the counter and said something because people who ordered after me were getting their food first. I told him I ordered a large and he gave me a small. At that point it wasn’t even worth the time to ask them to switch the drink size. Horrible service.

I believe they forgot more than two of my items and only gave me a gift card of one hard shell taco with still no receipt to prove my order.A couple months ago i found a green spongey material in my burrito and it kept me away for months. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The service has not change as they only gave me a discount for ONE SINGULAR hard shell taco to compensate. I will never return to this Taco Bell even if they change management. What a horrible brand in Twin Falls. Also no Chalupa. I do not care about how busy you are. FAST FOOD IS FAST FOOD! Also i never placed an order for Avocado Salsa. Literally HORRIBLE! As a human being i was kind, but yeah NEVER coming back. I cant wait for In N' Out to open.
