- KSKelly StewartJul 18, 20251.0had several disappointing experiences at this Subway location. On multiple visits, a particular employee has been consistently rude to customers and employees. I order online ahead of time and they have not received my order on multiple occasions. This particular employee always acts put off and annoyed that I'm even there asking for the order ive paid for. She is very rude to the other employees and says things like "she is new and slow and I'm the only one making sandwiches so there's a long wait". I've held a customer service role my entire career, including the food service industry and this behavior goes beyond unprofessional. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management addresses the issue and improves customer service at this location. I would like to continue visiting, but the current environment makes that difficult
