- LRLanessa RobbinsOct 29, 20251.0So, went there 3 minutes before “closing,” and ok yeah it was right before closing but I was not close enough to any other subway, Google said they were open until 10pm and they aren’t. It’s 9pm- all of them are 9pm in twin falls. They were already lights out, everything closed/shut down. I know this is not ok to do as a chain business for the Better Business Bueauro. Will be reporting because I’m hangry 😡

- ZSZach StoneJul 10, 20252.0I’ve used the drive-thru here a few times before and always had some trouble with it, but this time was not acceptable service from the man operating the drive-thru menu. We first pull up and he told us to wait a minute as he was attending something else first. Few minutes pass and he asks us what he could get for us. We start ordering and it’s going smoothly, I then ordered ‘the boss’ as they have advertised on the menu. He starts asking how I would like everything on it. We told him “just as it says on the menu” he then followed that up with about a minute of silence (which I didn’t think much of at first) then blurts out of nowhere in a rude manner “pull up to the window.” We weren’t even done with our order yet sir. Luckily the lady at the window was nice enough to finish our order for us but we are not impressed with that young man.

- MGMatt GraffJun 1, 20255.0A very good Subway. Counterperson was friendly, efficient, and made a nice sub and a very nice protein bowl. Building area was clean, counter was clean, veggies were fresh, oven was clean. Not a negative to be seen. Definitely will be returning. Good job.
