- JBJoseph BostederJan 1, 20261.0I have been coming to this specific location off and on since it came into Twin (15 years give or take), and every SINGLE time I order a burger they miss bbq sauce on it. I’m not this type of individual normally to complain about such things, but when it happens literally every time I order there, something gets to be said. I am so utterly disappointed. Why have the option to add bbq sauce if you’re just gonna skip it? If it’s so easily forgotten at that specific spot move it! It is inexcusable to miss it every time. I have ordered the same burger here and it always is messed up. I’m so upset I’m just done being nice about it. I’ve given your location the benefit of the doubt for years, and now I’m just over it. Either get your QC to do their job, or move where the sauce is put on. ESPECIALLY since you charge so much for a burger it should be CORRECT. I would very much like a response to this from corporate. This is ridiculous.

The only thing I didn’t seem to like was the customer service, the cashier I believe Ingrid R listed on the receipt lacked basic customer service skills. Not only that but I asked for two toppings to be removed and they didn’t remove anything upon my request. I could understand if it was busy but there were 2 more customers waiting on their order. The food was good I was just displeased with my missed request.
