  This location is ridiculous. The lines are always wrapped around the building and now I know why! I was at the window behind 1 car for at least 20 minutes. They were playing music and getting out of car laying on the hood of the car! Laughing and playing around with the employees. Like it was a game and not a job! I have been spending money with dutch for years and that display last night I will not spend any of my money in this bullshit anymore!

  Everyone at the window went above and beyond with customer service! The woman at the window double checked my order and corrected errors while refunding me the amount I was overcharged for in the initial order. They were all very friendly and exhibited amazing customer service in ensuring that the coffees were made correctly and to my satisfaction, as I am very picky. Great coffee & great service at this particular location!

  Arrived at 10:45 employees lets us sit in line and as the line got smaller we got to the drive thru window it was 11 and they said oh sorry we’re closed we can only offer water chocolate milk 😑 would have been nice to have someone come out at let us know they rather just keep us in line …? They come out to get orders but can’t come out and said hey we close at 11 and we won’t be serving you guys only the car that’s ahead of you and not you and the other 3 cars behind you … call me a Karen all you want but customer service sucked 🤷🏽‍♀️ waisted 15 min waiting in line to be told we can’t provide service

  Ah yes, Dutch Brothers. A recent-ish addition to twin falls and a quintessential part of many a person's morning routine. There is nothing that can be said about this location that cannot be said about other Dutch Bros locations across the United States. The service is typically fast the staff are usually high-spirited and wonderful. The drinks are quite tasty, if not a little pricey. If you're looking for a morning pick-me-up a midday energy boost or an evening treat this is definitely the place to go. However, I warn the intrepid adventurers and coffee seekers of twin falls to be careful when trying to get to this location. It is located just off of Blue lakes and as we all know the traffic can be a little hectic at times. The entrance window is rather small and the traffic flows fast meaning that you have to play a real life game of frogger if you want to get in or out. There's also a particularly heinous dip as you exit the line- If you don't know what this means, I will translate for you. If your suspension is bad or in a state of disrepair this will immediately cause your vehicle to dip and then jump back up. If you don't have good cup holder so or a friend who has strong grippers. Your newly bought coffee or various caffeinated beverages will end up coating the interior of your vehicle. This isn't so bad if you don't dislike the smell of what you're drinking. It is quite bad if you don't like a sticky or messy vehicle interior. 2.5 out of 10 the bump hurt my butt and my pride, It wouldn't have been so bad if it would have bought me dinner first.
