  order extra wet wings and this is what i got!!! fries dry and cold when picking up on time!! charged 33$ for 2 orders of 6 wings and a order of fries. wouldn’t complain if i were to like the food. live 35 minutes away and can’t go back to complain in person!

  Our server was nice enough, fairly attentive, although after we were seated was when they decided to clean the table. We’re so very disappointed with BWW anymore. I feel like we probably could have gotten better wings at a gas station. They were bone dry! My daughter and son-in-law specifically asked for their wings to be extra wet and they were extra dry. We keep coming back hoping that the next time will be better and it’s either just as bad or worse. The worst part is that not only does the food suck, but it’s so expensive for it to suck that bad. Sorry BWW, you’ve served your last plate of garbage to this family.

  I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Twin Falls to watch a game with friends, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. We were seated at a booth, and throughout our visit the service was consistently poor. Our waitress repeatedly forgot items we asked for, got multiple orders wrong, and struggled to provide accurate receipts when it came time to pay. We waited an additional 20 minutes just for the bill to be corrected. When our food arrived, all of the fries were cold and the burgers were poorly prepared and below the standard I expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were extremely unclean, which reflects poorly on overall management and attention to basic hygiene. This was not an isolated incident. I was hesitant to return because my previous visit to this same location was just as bad, and unfortunately this experience confirmed that nothing has improved. There is a reason this location holds a 3.6 rating, and based on multiple visits, it feels well deserved. Buffalo Wild Wings is known for being a reliable place to watch games and enjoy good food, but this location falls far short of that reputation. Management seriously needs to step up, address service training, food quality, and cleanliness, and take customer feedback seriously if they want to improve.

  My son and his friends went in there yesterday 12/23 after watching a movie and they got seated then sat for 30 mins with no service. Yes I get they were young kids 13 and older but they did have money and wanted to eat there. Very disappointed and to be honest the last time I went in back in August the service we had was not great either. The server was not attentive and my food was cold. I ordered the nachos they were cold again just like the last time. I ordered them again hoping it would be different. Very unfortunate and disappointing.
