  Food was ready when it was promised. All 3 pizzas were exactly as i ordered and staff was nice and friendly

  Store was clean, associates were friendly and quick to retrieve my order for takeout. Even got some add-on sales with some fries Yum!

  Was picking up pizza after work for the family. They made our pizza without sauce . Got all the way home and was told come back they will make us another for no cost. To drive back after working all day was not what I wanted to do, I asked if they could deliver since this was their mistake and they flat out told us no. But they would make at no cost. I drove back with pizza and gave it back to them . Manager never came out just sorry from the employees. Most unprofessional staff at the Star Idaho location.

  Tonight we got pizza for my birthday. It was so good. The sauce was amazing, the toppings were the perfect amount. I absolutely love cup pepperoni. Thank you so much for making our pizza and my birthday a little bit better.

  I was picking up a DoorDash order when an employee refused to release the food unless I followed their made-up rule about using multiple pizza bags. The delivery “rules” for DoorDash seem to change on each order, and instead of being helpful or professional, the employee immediately jumped to threatening me multiple times, and even threatening to cancel the customer’s order. It was completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. When an employee’s ego gets in the way of simply doing their job and serving a paying customer, it reflects very poorly on the business. Based on this experience, I would absolutely not recommend ordering from or supporting this place.
