  I have had multiple online and in-person orders done incorrectly despite getting the same VERY basic meal every time: a plain triple cheeseburger meal, a plain double cheeseburger, a 6-piece nugget and a strawberry-banana smoothie (which sounds complicated until you realize it's literally their only smoothie). My first time, I had ordered in store and gotten this meal, only to find every single burger was NOT plain and NOT given the right amount of patties. Additionally they claimed the smoothie maker was "being cleaned and put together", only for me to check with them 30 minutes later and find they hadn't even started cleaning it. I got a refund on the drink, thankfully, but not the burgers. Then, my online orders went as follows: burgers not being plain, burgers having an inadequate amount of patties for the ABSURD online price paid, drinks not being correct (including having ice when specified none, being coke instead of Dr. Pepper????? Or not having my smoothie at all.?!) burger patties being burnt, paper being contaminated with ingredients not actually in the order (what if I had an allergic reaction?) etc etc. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. Taco Bell has far better standards that have forever changed how I treat my food life.

  How is it possible to mess up a plain cheeseburger? Idk ask the workers here. Genuinely it’s as if nobody at this place was trained. The inability to understand basic requests and lack of knowledge for the menu alone is absurd. Why don’t you bring in someone that’s worked in a McDonald’s to train these people holy crap ridiculous truly.

  They screw up roughly 50% of our orders. Without fail they screw up the happy meal order in some way. It's just a cheeseburger with ketchup and an extra patty. Every single time they add something that shouldn't be there or in today's case they charge us for the extra patties and they're not on the kids meals or in the bag. This is the 3rd time we've order an extra patty and have not received it.

  Well, Seruously???! My expectations for muccy D’s Where extremely Low. I am Very Angry. I went to here the other day, Guess what i got? Large fry, And. a Grunch Meal. The grinch meal was Putrid. Absolutely Dusgustunf. As someone who loves christmas, i find this extremely offensive!!! The only Good part about the grunchy meal was the Socks. I mean, who doesn’t want a free pair of some grunchy socks?! They fot my feet Perfectly!! I have been wearing them nonstop! i haven’t taken them off once, in fact, i Shower and bath with them on, Becaude they are so beautiful and comfortable that i can’t take them off and they mean so so much to me, they’re my comfort fabric. I love them with all my heart, i even exfoliate them time to time. they’re beautiful. Anyways, sorry i got a but off topic, I have higher expectations.
