Maybe like 70ish about 5 ft 5 with white hair wearing a white jacket. When I was looking for the the terminal to check out at she was rude with going about it and then as I was trying to pay on my register she was hovering right behind me just to close it out and then I told her I was just trying to transfer over some funds and it took me literally like a minute but she scoffed and walked away. I didn't catch her name but I'm just going to assume it's Karen. I just moved here from South Florida where there are no more Albertsons. I'm assuming they went out of business because of people like this..

They never have their stuff together, they tell me my Rx is ready and when I stop in to pick it up, they tell me it's not ready and I have to wait 45 minutes and come back. Every! Time! It's not just a one time thing, this happens every time I go to pick up my Rx. It is the most frustrating experience and I don't understand why they cannot do their jobs!

- HBHaven BuxtonJan 27, 20261.0I was shopping for DoorDash here and I did everything I usually would but I was having issue with their computer like it was glitching or something. I tried asking the person at the self checkout for help and she tried but it didn’t work. I tried troubleshooting and she just stared at me the whole time while I called DoorDash. Then afterwards, once I almost had the issue resolved on my end. She rudely took the groceries I had gotten all ready and said she didn’t know what “people like me” were doing and what our deal is (all delivery drivers ever). She then forced me to leave and unassign from the order. I left and that customer never got their groceries, which I still feel bad for. I’ve been going to Albertsons for work and as a customer my whole life, and I’ve never had this bad of an experience. If you live in star, I recommend going to the next nearest Albertsons.
