She was unwilling to warm the chicken on the sandwich without it being toasted. She was very rude and unwilling to make a sandwich with a basic request. It was so bad we had to just walk out. The owner did not care (not really). These folks giving a good franchise a bad name. If Ur going thru St Maries, ID...AVOID their Subway and go somewhere else. They don't deserve Ur money.
