The Rupert DQ is so much better than the Burley DQ and they don’t charge extra for fry sauce! The staff is friendly and the food was great. Better prices on blizzards than Burley too!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits, I feel obligated to report what’s consistently happening at this location. I work in customer service and have experience in fast food, so I understand how busy shifts can get and how equipment issues happen. However, what I’ve witnessed here goes beyond a one-time mistake — it’s become a repeating pattern that needs to be addressed.
On every visit, the drive-thru places customers on hold immediately after pulling up. After waiting an excessive amount of time with no communication, I drive forward only to see employees scrambling to put on their headsets the moment they notice a car at the window. I’ve worked with this exact type of headset system before — if a battery dies, the indicator turns red. In these cases, the headsets aren’t even powered on until we appear at the window. That’s not an equipment issue; that’s a lack of proper procedure and attentiveness.
I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, which is why I returned multiple times before saying anything. Unfortunately, each visit resulted in the same situation with no improvement. At this point, it reflects a deeper issue — likely related to management oversight, training, or staffing habits.
This feedback will also be forwarded to corporate for review, as consistency in customer service is a core part of their brand standards. I hope this location receives the support and corrective action needed, because the current guest experience does not align with company expectations.
This will be my final visit until improvements are made.

Just left after ordering online. We showed up right when it said our order would be done and when we went in and asked for our order they hadn’t even started. Then the two kids working started fighting over who should make our blizzards like it wasn’t there job. Then the one who did make them acted rude about having to do it.

Terrible. Ordered the chicken strips and fries. Chicken was so overcooked it looked dehydrated and the fries were cold and mostly the little short pieces. Asked for honey mustard sauce and got some curdled ranch.

We have tried this DQ 4 times. So far, they are 0 for 4. The final straw, we got home and there was NO fry sauce. They said, you have to ASK for FRY SAUCE! Who does that! Around this area? NO ONE! The fries were limp and barely warm. (We live about 5 minutes away.) Have not had a good experience here ever. Lesson learned. (2 stars because the blizzard was ok.)
