  This place is so slow. Every order they make takes them about 35min to finish. Even ordering ahead on the app doesn’t cut down the wait time

  I've come here a couple times, and overall it's fine, but I arrived at the store about twenty minutes before closing after a kind of rough day, hoping for a Baja blast and a quesadilla with three other friends, and as we were walking to the doors they closed the lobby and asked us to order through the drive through. We were all going to make our own small orders, not trying to do anything to big before closing. One of us was going to just order a Baja blast, that's it. All of this to say that when we went through the drive through, and stated we needed to make four orders, we were very rudely told no, that we would have to go through the drive through 4 times?? And then when one person in the car pointed out we had tried to order through the lobby, they then cursed at us. We tried to get the name of the person taking our order, but wasn't able to get it. I understand what its like working in customer service, it's rough, and not fun. But you dont cuss out a customer who hasn't done anything but want to eat food from the restaurant. I will be following up on this.

  Some guy locked us out of the lobby as we walked up, told us we would get faster service in the drive thru, then someone else, maybe the same guy, was extremely rude to us while we went through the drive thru and cursed at us, and refused to tell us his name. I just wanted a baja blast. It was 11:40.

  I’ve been to this location twice and both times were bad experiences. They are not transparent with their pricing at all and will try to upsell you on every single item. For example, they asked “is sour cream okay with this?”, like it was a free option, but it really was an additional charge. And on top of that the cheese on my quesadilla wasn’t even melted, and they hardly put in the effort to make the meal look like it’s presented on the menu. Overpriced slop with false advertising.

  This place is awful. Asked if I wanted it spicy and some other random question. Didn’t tell me it cost extra. I got charged like $4 extra dollars without them saying it would cost more. Never eating here or any Taco Bell again.
