I was set to catch a bus to the airport at 8:30AM on Saturday. I scouted this subway on Friday to see if i could pick up a sandwich fresh in the morning instead of refrigerating it overnight, and on both the website and on the door, yes I checked physically on Friday, of the restaurant and it says it opens at 7AM on Saturdays. So I show up at 7:45 on Saturday, it's closed. That's ok I can wait. 8AM comes and an employee shuffles past me and my 2 suit cases, doesn't even look at me, goes inside, locks the door behind her, then proceeds to set up the store for the day. I had to dip at 8:10 because my bus was early.
I do not know what happened to that employee, maybe something happened that made her late, my grievance isn't necessarily on her despite her poor customer service. I make this bad review because I believe that if a restaurant claims to open at 7AM, and still be closed an hour and ten minutes later then that reflects badly on the restaurant and the staff who manage it. Yall lost a customer because of this error, and I am without breakfast at the airport. Me and you, we are both upset with this outcome.
I would appreciate it if you open the restaurant, and be ready to serve, when you claim to, or change your opening hours on both the app, google maps, and the physical location to reflect your actual opening hours.
I've had good service at this Subway in the past, and it's good stuff. Please though, fix this oversight.
